Windows 10 LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) is a special version of Windows 10 that doesn't receive feature updates (LTSC only receives security updates) & is intended to be used in embedded systems like hospitals, ATMs etc. LTSC can be used on regular PCs as well. Instead of receiving feature updates like regular Windows 10 editions, a new version of LTSC is released every 3 years.
LTSC also doesn't contain features that regular Windows 10 editions have (UWP apps, Microsoft Store, Cortana).
LTSC is based on Windows 10 Enterprise, meaning you get more control over the OS than in regular Windows 10 editions like Home & Pro (Telemetry & Windows Update control, ReFS volume creation, Group Policy, Windows To Go).
Regular LTSC is supported for 5 years, whereas IoT LTSC is supported for 10 years.
This ISO image contains both the regular & IoT releases of LTSC 2021.
